Medical Management
Total Care Management is a division of Hewitt Coleman that staffs registered nurses and provider bill processors. We offer a full range of medical management services that complement the management of Workers’ Compensation claims including bill review, telephonic and field case management, and utilization review.

Information is Power
Our innovative risk information system, HCView, offers the versatility you need to analyze your claim data. Hewitt Coleman provides secure access to claims information via our website. With proper authorization, users can view all claims information, including payments, reserves, reserve worksheets, adjuster notes, and managed care notes. Users have the ability to query claims data and download the information into Excel®. The user has the ability to select the fields desired and generate requested data within seconds. The Report View section empowers the user to create customized reports and save in a personal Template Library for future use. Multiple graphs are presented for historical relevance and trending through our Stewardship View, while the Snapshot View offers a window into the month by month trending of the program, allowing for targeted risk management activities and injury prevention.
