Loss Control
Many well-intentioned safety programs fail to provide continuous improvement because they rely too much on safety rules, procedures, meetings, etc. Since there is no "one size fits all" formula for success, each client's unique requirements must be considered in constructing a model for success. This involves a number of issues, each of which is rooted in the organization's existing safety culture.

The partnership created between Hewitt Coleman and the client can result in significant reduction in both the frequency and severity of worker injuries and illnesses. Continuous improvement in the overall losses can be accomplished through a comprehensive prevention and disability management process, the center of which is a formal return-to-work (transitional duty) program.

Hewitt Coleman can assist with the adoption of a process that will effectively manage occupational risk and safeguard the client's most valuable resources - the skills, knowledge, and experience of its employees.

Listed below are a number of activities offered. Prior to conducting each activity, Hewitt Coleman determines what is expected to be accomplished (strategic goal), what services will be performed and the target dates for completion (tactical goals), and the means by which each activity will be analyzed (measurement). As each step is completed, the results are communicated to the client.
