Regarding HCView: Hewitt Coleman is in the process of migrating to a new Claims Management software platform that will place us at the forefront of the industry in terms of client service, innovation, customization, and workflow efficiency.
Accordingly, the data accessible in HCView is data entered as of 3/8/2017. No transactions after that date will be accessible in HCView.
Client access to the new system is targeted for May 1, 2017. Our goal is to thoroughly vet the data migration and ensure that the claims staff is working comfortably within the new environment prior to May 1.
